During this time, Sensus remains fully committed to meeting the needs of our customer.  Our Operations Team is able to remotely monitor all Sensus Cloud-enabled devices in the field. We can anticipate and troubleshoot problems before they arise. When required, we can send one of our technicians into the field for hands-on support. Our Clinical Team is ready and available to help you with any questions you may have. We understand that our doctor’s offices are doing everything they can to protect their staff and patients from the spread of COVID19.
